Navita has extensive experience in quantitative trading, financial analysis, advanced analytics and financial engineering. She has worked and studied in multiple countries including Hong Kong, Singapore, India, United Kingdom and Canada. She has held progressive leadership positions in multinational corporations including Barclays, UBS, Intel, Zebra Technologies and Equifax.

An alumni from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, she also holds a masters degree in financial engineering from Bayes Business School, London and a master of business administration from Ivey Business School, Canada. She was selected as one of the top MBAs globally in 2020 by Poets & Quants, Financial Times.
